Introduction
COPE originated from students of the organisational constellations training provided by Judith Hemming and the Nowhere Foundation. COPE is now an independent self-organising group.
Memberships offers the chance to: Attend six COPE meetings each year Develop your constellations expertise Continue to practice and learn constellations skills Get peer supervision on your organisational consultancy relationships Benefit from support and encouragement from other members Share success stories Consult about challenging situations in a confidential environment As you build your skills, COPE with support, refresh and invigorate you at every stage of development.
The coordinating and facilitating role associated
with each meeting rotates within the members. Commitment is gained
for the next meeting before members go their separate ways.
The prime criterion for membership is that the person has a strong interest in the application of the constellations approach in organisations. Other selection criteria include a mixture of the following:
